We believe every family deserves a warm, welcoming environment they can come to for support. Our new Bay Minette Family Support services will be offered throughout the community, helping families access guidance, resources, and opportunities to thrive. Our center is co-located on the grounds of the Lighthouse Academy of Achievement and Excellence, an accredited provider of high-quality early childhood education, making it easier for families to connect with services in a familiar and trusted setting.

When you visit our office, you’ll find a caring team member ready to listen and help you and your family through life's up and downs. We can help with areas like support with parenting challenges, connection to resources, building new skills, and other areas most important to your family's success. But, our work extends beyond the office, bringing in-home support to help families build a home environment that’s safe, organized, and inspiring for children’s growth and learning.

• Staff who listen without judgment and work with you to make a personalized plan
• Guidance on parenting, life skills, and child development
• Connections to local resources for food, clothing, housing, baby items, and more
• Support managing DHR expectations, ISP meetings, and case communications
• Workshops, coaching, and hands-on tools to strengthen family routines
• Access to computers, printers, and family-focused resource materials
• Help applying for benefits like SNAP, TANF, WIC, and Medicaid
