Home-Based Programs

Coastal Family Partners offers personalized, in-home support designed to meet your family where you are. This includes evidence-based home visiting models like HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) and Parents as Teachers, providing ongoing guidance for child development and school readiness. Through our Community Waiver Program, we also offer 1‑to‑1 systems navigation for caregivers of children with disabilities and in-home support services including safety-focused babyproofing assistance.

We also offer a one-time introductory service called the Safe Start Visit. This visit is ideal for new or expectant parents who need babyproofing help, guidance on preparing their home, and answers to early parenting questions.

Parents as Teachers (PAT)

Parents as Teachers is an evidence-based home visiting program that supports families during the early years of a child’s life, from pregnancy through kindergarten. It focuses on child development, parent-child interaction, and family well-being through regular in-home visits, screenings, and resources.

Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY)

A 30-week, structured educational program designed for families with 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds. It offers weekly lessons and support to help parents prepare their children for school through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning at home

Safe Start

Safe Start offers short-term, in-home support for low-income families who are expecting or have a new baby. Services include babyproofing guidance and essential safety items, available to those who complete an emergency assistance form and contact us first at mission@coastalfamilypartners.com.
